Before we send you to the MYSAM registration page, please note the following information:

Dear Silver Creek Sportsplex members and customers,

First and foremost I want to thank you for making Silver Creek Sportsplex the greatest indoor Sportsplex in North America.

When you log in to your MySAM account you will be asked to “sign” a mandatory electronic version of our release form. This will happen the first time you log in, and then again on the first day of each year.

Members under 18 years old must have their MySAM profile linked to the profile of a parent or legal guardian. If your account has not been set up this way, you will not be able to get past the release form until you set up the parent/guardian profile. Here’s the easiest way to do so:

  1. The parent or legal guardian should follow the instructions for a New Customer registration
  2. Then send an email to support@SilverCreekSportsplex.com with the following information:
    • a. Parent/guardian first and last name, date of birth, and email address
    • b. Minor’s first and last name, date of birth, and email address
  3. You will receive a response telling you how to complete the process.
