Middle/Junior High School League

Calling all 6th, 7th, and 8th graders: Start a team with players from your school!

All team members must go to the same school; color photocopy of school ID must be provided.

Cost:

  • $1000 per team
  • 50% to register
  • Balance due by week 2 of the league.

All players must have Silver Creek Sportsplex annual membership or pay a $45 non-member league fee each season

Rules: League will follow the High School League Rules.

Jerseys: Every player will need a light and a dark jersey. If you’d like to purchase them from our Pro Shop, Jr. High-Middle School League jersey sets will be available.

Pick up your team packet: At the time your deposit is made, a team representative will need to pick up a team packet consisting of player and coach code of conduct forms and other documents.

Required Equipment

  • H.E.C.C. Approved Helmet with full face cage
  • Mouthguard
  • Elbow Pad and Knee/Shin Pads
  • Gloves and Stick (no BLACK TAPE)
  • Skates (no Brakes allowed)
