Lacrosse 4 Kids" runs every Sunday from 9am to 10am. Learn from Shaydon
Santos, an 11-year professional lacrosse player and all-around cool

program starts with parent/child classes for 18-30 month olds, all the
way through to the Mighty Cubs Academy soccer program for 5-7 year

Martial Arts
We're pleased to announce a bunch of new
Martial Arts classes, for kids age 3 and up, all the way through adults. The first class is always free,
so you have nothing to lose! Parents, we even have Bag Blast
classes at the same time as the classes for the little ones - so your
child gets a class and you get a great, fun workout, too.
Dance
Next session starts Dec. 3.
New Friday classes are being added, too! Classes for age 2 to 14,
including movement for children, ballet, jazz, and hip hop. Event
room 101 now has a wall of mirrors, installed especially for our
