AGE 2-3 & 4-5 Movement for Children
Classes are highly interactive to enhance your child's trust in his/her own creative expression. Each week will have a theme, incorporating movement, dance, and expression. This class stimulates creativity, self-confidence, coordination, and more!
Class duration: 30 minutes
Date/Time: Wednesdays, 3:15pm - 4:00pm (age 2-3)
& Fridays, 3:30 - 4:00 (age 4-5)
AGE 6-8 Ballet
The foundation of all other dance forms - this class will increase your child's strength, flexibility, coordination, and elegance. The class will consist of warm-ups and stretching, bar work, across the floor, and a routine. Ballet also requires proper posture that will stay with children as they leave class.
Class duration: 55 minutes
Date/Time: Wednesdays, 4:00pm - 5:00pm
AGE 8 & up Core & Stretch
This class is great for all ages to gain stability, balance, strength, and flexibility! This is a chance for children, adults, and families alike to participate in a class that will be sure to work you out and get you strong for sports, while you have fun!
Class duration: 55 minutes
Date/Time: Wednesdays, 5:00pm -6:00pm
AGE 6-8 & 8-13 Hip Hop
Hip hop consists of individualized dance steps put together to create quick dance combinations. Students have so much fun, they do not even realize they are learning one of the most complex dance forms around! Dancers are challenged with increasing complexity in movement and skills.
Class duration: 55 minutes
Date/Time: Wednesdays, 6:00pm - 7:00pm (age 8-13),
& Fridays, 4:00pm - 5:00pm (age 6-8)
